Order Questions

Why is my subscription every 4 weeks not every calendar month?

As it's important for subscribers to have the right amount of PPE each month we decided we should deliver to a set 4 week schedule. With months varying in length we wanted to ensure that subscribers were not left short on PPE which is exactly the problem we are trying to solve with Mailbox PPE.

Why should I subscribe?

A Mailbox PPE Subscription means that you will have enough PPE to suit your lifestyle without the risk of fluctuating prices and availability. Hassle-free delivery to your door means you have one less thing to worry about.

Will my subscription arrive at the same time every month?

We deliver on a 4 week schedule to ensure that you are never short on PPE meaning that your subscription will likely be delivered on a different date each month. However, you will receive an email to remind you to pay for your next shipment.

What is your return policy?

All products purchased from MailboxPPE.com are of the highest quality standard, and are covered by our Quality Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, please return to our Customer Returns Department, and we will gladly replace any defective product.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to the US.

What if I'm not in when my order is delivered?

Some products are too big to fit through a standard mailbox. If you're not in when your order arrives our delivery partner may leave it in a safe place or with a neighbor, or in some instances, they may need to leave a card with additional instructions.
